Latest management changes for 2010
Grammer AG appointed Manfred Pretscher as a new member of the Executive Board. The company’s Chairman, Dr. Rolf-Dieter Kempis will quit from the company’s Executive Board as of 31 July 2010. Thereafter, designated Executive Board Chairman Hartmut Müller, CFO Alois Ponnath and Manfred Pretscher will complete the three-person board of the company.
