Bosch Rexroth acquires Nyquist B.V.
The acquisition will allow Bosch Rexroth to diversify from electric drive and control systems business
Bosch has acquired Nyquist B.V., based in Eindhoven (Netherlands). Nyquist manufactures electric motion control solutions, which combine drive and control functions in a single system, employing about 50 people and sales of approximately €10m in the year 2004.
