Bolloré confirms intention to purchase stake in Pininfarina
Company to invest €30m
Vincent Bolloré, the Chairman and Managing Director of France's Bolloré Group, has said that his company intends to acquire a 30% stake in vehicle design and engineering business Pininfarina. Les Echos reported that Bolloré, which is involved in an electric vehicle (EV) project with the Italian firm, is prepared to invest €30m if its letter of intent is accepted.
