Grede acquires two foundries from Grupo Proeza
Transaction to complete by end of Q1 2011
Grede Holdings has signed an agreement to acquire NovoCast and Teknik foundries located near Monterrey (Mexico) from Grupo Proeza. The transaction awaits approval from Mexican regulatory authority and is expected to close by the end of first quarter this year. The company has not disclosed the price of the deal.
