GAZ and FinnvedenBulten to establish fasteners manufacturing JV in Russia
Facility expected to begin production in 2012
GAZ Group has reached an agreement with Swedish manufacturer FinnvedenBulten to form a joint-venture in the Nizhny Novgorod Region of Russia. The facility will be located at GAZ’s Gorky Automobile plant and will manufacture fasteners for Russia and other CIS countries. Both the companies are evaluating the scope of the JV and plan to begin production in 2012.
