Ruia Group acquires two automotive sealing players in Europe
Company expects acquisition process to be complete by Q3 2011
Ruia Group has signed binding agreements to acquire two European automotive sealing companies—Turkey-based Standard Profil and Germany-based Meteor Gummiwerke, reports the Business Standard.
