Ruia Group expands sealing portfolio, acquires Sealynx Automotive in France
Gains leading position in European automotive sealing market
Ruia Group has acquired France-based sealing manufacturer, Sealynx Automotive, reports the Economic Times. The deal was approved by the Commercial Court of Nanterre in France on 16 May 2011.
