American Axle Manufacturing Holdings (AAM) has planned to expand its existing joint venture with Hefei Automobile Axle (HAA), a subsidiary of the JAC Group (Anhui Jianghuai Automotive Group), by including 100% of Hefei’s light commercial axle business, says a company press release.
