Cooper Tire faces charges from union workers
USW states undisclosed contract details as main reason for charges
The United Steelworkers (USW) Local 207L has filed charges against Cooper Tire with the National Labour Relations Board (NLRB) on 6 December 2011 stating that the company has committed unfair labour practices in bargaining and imposing a lockout at its Findlay tyre facility in the US, says a press release on the USW website.
