Full financial year earnings decline sharply amid high raw material prices, increase in other expenses

JK Tyre has reported nearly a sevenfold increase in net profit in the fourth quarter ended 31 March 2012 to INR863.4m (USD16.6m, 31 March 2012) compared with INR124.6m (USD2.7m, 31 March 2011) in the corresponding period a year ago, the company said in a press release.
