S&P cuts Dana’s rating to default
Dana Corp. filed for bankruptcy on 3 March 2006 due to declining sales and decreasing market share from the USA auto manufacturers. The company is troubled with the rising cost of raw materials, high wages and the persistent customer demand for lower prices.
