Mexican restrictions could have automakers and suppliers re-evaluating their investments in the region

The Mercosur trade block nations (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay) met late last week in Mendoza, Argentina to hammer out a new trade pact between them, intended to help relieve trade tensions among members but also establish new protectionist tariffs for imported goods.
