Latest managerial appointments for 2012
11 June 2012: Robert Remenar stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nexteer Automotive. Nexteer Chairman Guibin Zhao succeeds Remenar as the new CEO whereas the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Laurent Bresson will take over as the new President. Remenar will remain on the company’s Board of Directors. The senior management changes are effective immediately. 11 June 2012: Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (CVG) appointed Dean R. Vomero as the Vice-President of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Business Development. Vomero will be responsible for company’s inorganic growth, by identifying and acquiring strategically aligned global business opportunities. Vomero will also manage the company's continuous improvement programs, which include responsibility for CVG's Supplier Quality function.
