GM unveils heavily redesigned Corvette engine
Vehicle to go on sale next year
GM has unveiled a new 450hp V8 engine which will be introduced in the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette, scheduled to go on sale next year, reports the Detroit News. "The engine, if you talk to our customers, that's the heart of the beast," said Tadge Juechter, Executive Chief Engineer of the Corvette.
