China imposes heavy penalties on auto recalls
Ferrari recalls 16 Maserati models
Domestic and international automakers will face fines of CNY50,000-CNY200,000 (USD-8,000-USD 32,000) should they fail to submit reports relating to defective parts in their vehicles which cause them to issue recalls.
