Toyota to boost Thai annual output to one million units
Capacity to go up 50% than current levels
Toyota will boost its vehicle production in Thailand to one million units, reports Dow Jones Chinese Financial Wire. Toyota President Akio Toyoda stated at a ceremony in Bangkok to mark the 50th anniversary of the firm's Thai unit that the company will increase its annual output capacity in Thailand to one million units, about 50% higher than the current level of 670,000 units per year.
