Chrysler to announce new investments in Michigan manufacturing facilities
To add production of its Pentastar V6 engine at Mack Engine Complex
Chrysler is planning a big component investment announcement later this week. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Sergio Marchionne will be accompanied by Detroit Mayor Dave Bing at the company's Mack Engine Complex in Detroit; plant manager Bob Hollingsworth and Vice-President of the United Auto Workers' (UAW) Chrysler Department General Holiefield will also be there.
