Porsche North America Begins Construction On new USA Headquarters and Manufacturing Complex

Begins construction of its new $100 million, 26.4 acre, complex and headquarters at Aerotropolis Atlanta, Georgia

Porsche’s expansion will consolidate U.S.-based Porsche employees from Porsche Cars North America as well as the company’s financial, business and consulting arms. It will employ 400 workers and create 100 jobs.The site will encompass not only the company’s U.S. headquarters, but the Porsche Technical Training Center as well as the Porsche Customer and Driving Experience Center, featuring a 1.6-mile test track and handling circuit. The company anticipates beginning operations in the first quarter of 2014.
