Toyota and SAIC issue recalls in China
Nearly 16,200 units of Toyota's Coaster minibuses to be recalled
Toyota and SAIC have issued fresh recalls in China, reports Shenzhen Daily citing data released by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). The Chinese quality watchdog said nearly 16,200 units of Toyota's Coaster minibuses will be recalled as a faulty part in the spindle of the affected vehicles may cause the steering wheel to fall off in extreme circumstances.
