Toyota Boshoku turns JV in Poland as subsidiary
Increases shareholding from 30% to 54.9% in the Polish company
Toyota Boshoku has increased its stake in a Polish joint-venture, TBMECA Poland Sp.z o.o., from 30% to 54.9% and made it a subsidiary, the company said in a press release.
