Indian automaker to acquire 49% in both JVs

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) is buying the stake held by its US-based partner, Navistar International Corporation, in truck and engine-making joint-ventures (JVs) in India for approximately 1.75 billion rupees (USD31.8m), reports Business Standard.
