Hankook Tire to build new R&D centre in South Korea
Construction of the new facility is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
Hankook Tire has unveiled its plan to build a new hi-tech research and development (R&D) centre in South Korea, according to a company release. The company has entered into partnership with architectural firm Foster & Partners for designing and constructing the building. The new centre will span an area of 99,175 square metres and will be located at Daedeok Innopolis, the country's premier research complex in Daejeon. Construction of the new facility is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
