Will transfer Chennai car plant to fully owned subsidiary
Hindustan Motors has decided to demerge and transfer its Chennai car plant, located in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, as a going concern to its fully owned subsidiary, Hindustan Motor Finance Corporation (HMFC), reports the Economic Times.
