Ford restarts production at Genk plant
Facility has begun shipping new units of the Mondeo, S-Max and Galaxy models
Ford has managed to restart production at its Genk facility after industrial unrest prevented initial attempts to re-start production following a stoppage at the plant which began on October 24 when the company announced its initial plan to close the plant. According to a Bloomberg report the facility has begun shipping new units of the Mondeo, S-Max and Galaxy models which are manufactured at the plant.
