Court asks Dunlop India to deposit USD1.9m before considering stay
Directs official liquidator to not take any further step until 6 February
The Calcutta High Court has directed Dunlop India to deposit INR100m (USD1.9m) before it considers a prayer for stay on winding up order passed by a trial court last week, reports the Press Trust of India.
