Asahi Kasei launches new long glass fibre reinforced polypropylene for automotive applications
Thermylene I delivers improved impact performance
Asahi Kasei Plastics, a subsidiary of Asahi Kasei Chemical, has introduced a new long glass fibre reinforced polypropylene Thermylene® I which significantly improves impact performance and results in 20% cost savings compared with the traditional long glass fibre reinforced polypropylene, the company said in a press release.
