Anand, Mando agree to merge two Indian JVs
New company is proposed to be named Mando Automotive India Ltd.
Indian component supplier Anand and South Korean supplier Mando plan to merge their two Indian joint ventures (JVs) – Mando India Ltd. and Mando Steering Systems India Ltd. – into one company, reports Press Trust of India. The new company is proposed to be named Mando Automotive India Ltd.
