Halla Climate Control states Visteon has no plans for new tender offer
Well on their way to consolidating their automotive climate control business as planned
Halla Climate Control has stated in a regulatory filing that its majority shareholder, Visteon, has no plans to conduct a new tender offer to acquire shares in it, reports Reuters. Currently, Visteon and Halla are working on merging their automotive climate control business, the agreement for which was signed last year.
