Suzuki recalls 13,000 units in China
Imported models have recently seen a spate of recalls.
Japanese automaker Suzuki will recall 13,227 Jimny vehicles in China, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) says in a statement on its website. The recall will begin on 28 February and will involve imported Jimny models built between 13 February 2007 and 31 January 2013. "Wobbly tires may cause the vehicles' front suspension or hanger bracket to shake, which may also cause the steering wheel to vibrate and therefore violate safety standards," the statement said.
