KamAZ lifts production with five-day working week
In anticipation of a increasing demand in the Russian heavy truck market,
Russia's biggest manufacturer of heavy trucks, KamAZ, will switch back to running five days of shifts at its main manufacturing base of Naberezhnye Chelny in the Russian state of Tatarstan, according to a company press release. The company is returning to a five-day shift pattern in anticipation of a increasing demand in the Russian heavy truck market, which accounts for the vast majority of KamAZ's overall business.
