Toyota settles case related to unintended acceleration for USD16m
Automaker denies all claims made by the lawsuit
Toyota has agreed to pay USD16m to settle a lawsuit alleging the company concealed the sale of defective vehicles prone to sudden acceleration, according to Associated Press (AP).
