Pirelli delays business plan announcement
Pushes back from 8 May until November 2013, coinciding with the announcement of its third-quarter 2013 financial results.
Pirelli has delayed the announcement of its new 2013–2017 Industrial Plan until later this year. According to a statement released by the tyre-maker, it has decided to push this back from 8 May until November 2013, coinciding with the announcement of its third-quarter 2013 financial results. The company said, "The decision was taken to provide better visibility on the context of reference and enable the preparation of coherent medium-to-long term forecasts, taking into account that the macro-economic and business context in which Pirelli operates is in significant and continuous evolution, more markedly so in recent times".
