TDK to set up JV in China to produce electronics devices for automotive applications
JV’s establishment is subjected to approval from Chinese and Japanese authorities
TDK Corporation has entered into an agreement with Rising Nonferrous Metal and Tokai Trade to set up a joint-venture (JV) in Guangdong (China), the company said in a press release.
