Quantum to raise USD3m in direct offering
Company to issue 4,918,032 shares
Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies will issue common stock and warrants worth USD3m in a registered direct offering with Crede CG III, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crede Capital Group, LLC, according to the company’s press release.
