PSA workers end strike action at Aulnay facility
CGT agrees to end all challenges to the redundancy plan for the site
PSA Peugeot-Citroën has announced that an agreement has been signed with the CGT union to end strike action at its Aulnay-sous-Bois facility on the outskirts of Paris (France). As part of the agreement, the CGT has agreed to end all challenges to the redundancy plan for the site, including an appeal to its recent court action. The 180 workers involved in the action will return to work from Friday (17 May). However, around 130 of these employees will benefit from outplacement assistance measures provided under the plan. It went on to say that none of the employees will be compensated for the time that they were on strike.
