Magna opens body and chassis plant in Chongqing
Main customers include Changan Ford in Chongqing and FAW-Volkswagen in Chengdu
Magna International Inc. announced today that its Cosma International operating unit has expanded its footprint in China by opening a new manufacturing facility in the Southwest China city of Chongqing. A ceremony was held on May 10th, hosted by Magna leadership and attended by Chongqing local government officials as well as by executives from local customers.
