China Yuchai enters JV for heavy-duty diesel, gas engine production in China
JV to produce engines for Bei Ben trucks
China Yuchai’s main operating subsidiary Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited (GYMCL) and GYMCL’s joint-venture (JV) Y & C Engine (Y&C Power) has entered into a framework agreement with Baotou Bei Ben Heavy Duty Truck (Bei Ben) and Inner Magnolia First Machinery Group (Yiji Group) to form a joint-venture company to produce GYMCL’s diesel and gas engines in Baotou, Inner Mangoila (China), according to a press release.
