Hitachi to split power semiconductor business into separate company
Separation will have no impact on company’s consolidated results for FY2013-14
Hitachi has announced plans to separate its power semiconductor business by transferring it to one of its wholly-owned subsidiary on 1 October 2013, the company said in a press release.
