Appointments approved at the company's shareholders' meeting and become effective immediately

Toyota-affiliated Denso today (19 June) made senior management changes, which were approved at the company's shareholders' meeting and become effective immediately, says a company press release. Two new senior directors – Hiroyuki Wakabayashi and Satoshi Iwata – have been appointed; they were both previously executive directors. In addition, five new executive directors have been appointed – Hideaki Matsuki (from the Asia Project Department), Shinsuke Yamaguchi (from president of Denso Manufacturing Hungary), Yoshitaka Kajita (from president of Denso International India), Hiroaki Okuchi (from the System Control Components business unit) and Jiro Ebihara (from the Production Engineering division).
