Toyota recalls 20,000 vehicles in Japan over pre-crash brake flaw
Also recalls 280 vehicles exported overseas
Toyota is recalling around 20,000 Crown and Lexus IS luxury cars in Japan because of a problem with their pre-crash brake systems, reports Kyodo News.
