Ford files suit against Japanese supplier Fujikura for price fixing
Calls Sumitomo Electric and Yazaki as co-conspirators with Fujikura
Ford filed a suit yesterday (16 July) against Japanese auto parts supplier Fujikura Ltd, accusing the latter of price-fixing and bid-rigging over the sale of key electrical equipment, reports The Detroit News.
