Blackstone acquires India-based Agile Electric for USD111m
Acquired company generates 90% of sales from exports
Blackstone has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (India)-based auto parts supplier Agile Electric Works along with its listed subsidiary Igarashi Motors India Limited (IMIL) for INR6.6bn (USD111.1m), reports The Economic Times.
