Enters definite sales agreement with Gentex to sell HomeLink product line

Johnson Control has reported a 32.5% year-over-year (y/y) increase in net income to USD571m in the third quarter ended 30 June 2013 compared with USD431m during the same period a year ago, the company said in a press release.
