Japanese vehicle output declines 9.5% y/y in June, exports down 4.5%
Vehicle output declined year-on-year for the 10th straight month in June, while exports fell for the 11th consecutive month
The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA) today (30 July) released its vehicle production and export data for June. According to the data, Japanese automakers together produced 808,557 vehicles at their domestic plants in June, down 9.5% year-on-year (y/y).
