Agreement for sale was signed in September 2012
ThyssenKrupp completed the sale of ThyssenKrupp Tailored Blanks to China-based Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (WISCO) on 31 July after obtaining approval by the regulatory authorities, the company announced in a press release.
