Mercedes-Benz cars posts record production output of over 700,000 units in H1
Output will be bolstered this year by the company's drive to expand its compact car range on its new MFA architecture.
Mercedes-Benz cars has set a new production record in the first half of 2013, manufacturing over 700,000 units during the period, according to a company press release. Mercedes-Benz cars manufactured a full-year record of 1.34 million units for the full-year 2012, so the firm is well on target to hit a new record production figure in 2013.
