Kumho Tire Australia partners with Asiana IDT to implement radio frequency identification tags in tires
RFID embedded tyres will be available in Australia early 2014
Kumho Tire Australia has partnered with Asiana IDT, an IT company, to offer radio frequency identification (RFID) tags in tires. The company says in a press release that the RFID tags will be implemented in all of Kumho's commercial, 4×4, and passenger vehicle tires.
