Mahindra-CIE deal gets competition regulator’s approval in India
Companies signed agreement in June this year
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) Group’s multi-structured deal with Spain -based CIE Automacion saying it will have no adverse impact on competition, according to a report by Press Trust of India (PTI).
