Fiat to take full control of VM Motori JV by buying GM’s 50% stake
Italian automaker already owns 50% in the diesel engine maker
Fiat plans to take full control of diesel engine manufacturer VM Motori, a 50:50 joint-venture (JV) between the Italian automaker and GM, by acquiring the US automaker’s 50% stake in the JV, according to Automotive News Europe.
