US court indicts Panasonic Automotive’s executive under price fixing probe
Kotani could face USD1m criminal fine and maximum 10 years of imprisonment
A federal grand jury in Detroit, Michigan (US), has indicted Shinichi Kotani, an executive of Panasonic Automotive, for his alleged role in international conspiracy to fix prices of switches and steering angle sensors, the US Justice of Department said in a press release.
